So how are they going to stop the lady putting on makeup, the guy shuffling through CD's, the kid eating a burger, people looking at maps, reading books, screaming at the kids, etc. etc. etc. ???!!!! 3 women killed in a head on by a guy changing stations on the radio here just 2 weeks ago.
Separate laws for cell phones are RIDICULOUS! The same law that covers all of the above ALREADY covers cell phones.
