They have all told us that everything bad that happens to us is someone else's fault, and someone else should pay us for it. And now we have Bruce Schneier, letting us all know that being an idiot is not a punishable offense. Obviously it is the bank's fault for having idiots for customers. I think this is a great idea. I would also like to suggest that MY bank start performing intelligence tests on its customers so that it does not have to pass this "idiot tax" on to me. YOU GO BRUCE!!!
