Here in Portugal we have about 1 Million HSDPA users. Many people are connected using 1.8 Mbps cards from HUAWEI and now the GSM/3G Providers are making the switch to 3.6 Mbps USB Dongles.
The service costs 39,90 Euro and includes a 5 Gb download limit. Currently there's a promotion of unlimited access until 31 December 2006 (which will probably be extended). Since I'm always on the run, and I noticed how stable the system is, I dropped my ADSL line at home.
