Lots of people seem to have been fooled, its a good read, but not true.. he even says so:

Just thought I would throw that out.
Just a week or so ago, there was another release of a HA cluster solution, released open source by Mission Critical Linux.. they have the CVS tree and all the oss stuff at oss.mclinux.com I think it'll be interesting where all this clustering attention goes.. with MCL, then Steeleye, and now Red Hat all within a few weeks
