actually I quite agree with MacNally, our company tend to pay sh*t but kept trying to make people stay by excercising many management strategies such as telling you how well the company is doing and how advance our technology is.
However, the turnover rate is still very high coz people start asking
"if the company's doing so well by selling the technology we
created, how come we still get paid sh*t?"
Afterall, I think managers should at least satisify the basic needs first before trying other stratigies.
