I am significantly depressed by your obvious lack of knowledge of how war works. Terrorists have no rights, the same way they do not respect anyone else's rights. It would be my suggestion that you don a uniform and place yourself in harm's way for the benefit of a foriegn civilian population before you start spouting off about the rights of the combantants who are threatening those same civilians.
Ever wonder why there are still so many suicide bombers? Because uninformed (read, those with their heads stuck firmly in the sand) are unwilling to support the measures necessary to deter them.
