Does your work share any relationship with something I once came across called, "Migma" nuclear energy? It was an old concept pushed aside for a very long time - Reagan threw some reseach funds in that direction but I'm not aware of anything after that.
The essence of the concept was the generation of electricity straight, as opposed to building giant, nuclear steam engines...
