    OpenAFS is released, yes.
    But it does not compile on ANY plattform yet ...

    the following FREE AFS-implementation does compile: http://www.stacken.kth.se/projekt/arla/

    It contains an well working AFS-client, and an experimental/alpha AFS-server.
