People, people, PLEASE! Don't you know ANYTHING about radiation and how it affects human mutation?!?
According to my excellent research data (the movie "The Hills Have Eyes"), when humans are exposed to massive radiation, it is their children that have all the mutations!
Unfortunately, they tend to turn canabalistic too... but... hey, every advancement has a few drawbacks, no?
