Perhaps the functional difference is that America (and specifically the current administration) presents itself as democratic, yet engages in blatantly authoritarian activities - warmongering, illegal surveillance of its citizenry, state-sanctioned monopolization of industries...

No wonder it took me two full minutes to find the link leading to the Nvidia specs (and no, I'm not implying that they're at all useful once you find them - guess I was hoping there was something more substantial further on).
I serve on the Board of Directors of a community radio station, and we have 15,000+ CDs in our library. We've discussed moving to digitally stored files, and haven't made a decision about when it's going to happen, but in the meantime, since this thread is here, does anyone have any suggestions as to the best way to go about doing this, without spending $1/CD?
