This not a case of some poor farmer charged by a large corporation for some accident or inadvertence but a case where someone deliberately attempted to breach Monsanto's rights. Unfortunately, the anti-GM movement has distorted the facts for political reasons and has smeared both Monsanto and the Canadiaqn judicial system.
