    Every time I log into my ISP I'm part of a 'network'. When I want to balance my checkbook, I use my 'local' hardware. Not sure how this is going to change in the foreseeable...

    Last time I checked congress wrote the checks for NSA so there's no reason why they can't get compliance any time they want to. Question is do they really want to?
