One of the devices in the review the Plantronics Voyager 510 Headset has a base station option that will allow it to be used with an analog line. There is even a Hand set lifter to answer the phone wirelessly. It's not cheap MSRP 250USD. The headset alone runs ~45-75USD so there is a bit of a disparity
