  1. Speaking of slamming... on VeriSign Accuses Competitors Of 'Slamming' · · Score: 1

I recently registered my .com domain with another registrar (not Network Solutions).

The day before yesterday I received a phone call on my cell phone (I have no idea how they got that number) saying that "they would check for me whether the .org and .net domains were also available", and surprise surprise they were! Would I like to "protect my business" by registering the other two with Network Solutions?

I'm sure if I had said yes, they would have helpfully offered to transfer my original .com to them to "make things easier".

As for Voyager, Seven of Nine makes me feel like a statistic. An oversexed male in his twenties who doesn't care about plot or writing or continuity as long as the blondes are buxom. She insults me.

If you're oversexed, you're probably not watching Star Trek in the first place.

While it may be useless to you, games on phones are tremendously popular in countries like Finland and Japan. I don't see any reason to doubt that it will eventually happen in North America.

Whistler/Blackcomb is a favorite ski destination for Microsoft people, beacuse of its close proximity to Redmond (and better Canadian beer I'm sure).

Well, we did it in Canada and it has worked okay. Sure, I still say I'm 6'2", but I also say that a speed limit of 80Km/H is way too slow. The "older" generation has found it hard to make the switch, but I personally have only learned Metric in school and by the time I have kids that will be all there is here in Canaduh.
