I can't remember when, but I'd guess I was 4 or 5 (1984/85) at the latest. My parents picked one up after the prices hit rock bottom. I can remember going to Toys R us and they would rummage through the bargain bins when the games were dirt cheap. From there it was on to a Ti 99 (loved Alpiner), then the system that sealed my love of gaming forever...the NES. Sometime after that we got an Apple IIE...but it really only got any play because it was different.
Almost 25 years later and I'm still gaming...and they thought I'd grow out of it!
