I've installed the official ICA client from Citrix on Red Hat, Fedora and Ubuntu. It's worked great on all three. Is there some problem with this client that I don't know about?
Also, KRemoteDesktop handles Terminal Services connections quite nicely, giving you another option for connecting to your Citrix server (if you're willing to give users a desktop environment and not just publish apps).
