Paper books have one more huge advantage to me; they can be read onboard an airplane. What are you supposed to do with yourself while the plane is boarding, taxiing, taking off, and landing? I can get in sit down and be entertained until the plane gets to the gate at the destination. Planes delayed on the tarmac? No big deal, just turn the page. All those geeks with the electronic entertainment are forced to read the crap in the seat back, or heaven forbid talk to the human in the seat next to them.
Until the airlines get over their fear of all things electronic, I can't see an ebook in my future.
