really with a sample size of 2. freaking 2 they conclude that mem makers are shipping slower memory to retail. TOMS HARDWARE needs to attend high school.
such a small smaple size can not prove anything. now if they had compared some 50/100 mem sticks from diffrent retailers all the country/world then i'd accepted that maybe their conclusion holds some weight.
