Can you give any good reason why a user isn't allowed to uninstall Windows Media Player if they want to? Or Messenger? They're just normal apps that can be removed with a simple registry flip.
It's (as far as I know) impossible to uninstall both messenger and Windows Media Player. You can ofcourse say that the player is not the default one, and you can kill messenger in the registry.
But does your mother, your wife or your paperboy know how to do the same in the registry?
