Remember the Inquisition but then i guess you don't know your christian history. Have a little read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inquisition and also read the bible for it listed punishments for non-believers.

    Talking to people is a newish thing for Christians, look how they talked to countries like Uganda who now have the death penalty for gays, and how the Catholic church still tells people not to use contraception to combat STDs and Aids - just how charitable is the richest church in the world??

    KDBUS only works within the local machine whereas the other systems talk to other machines. So maybe it makes sense not to mix the messaging, Andriod may also take it on board and drop their specific system

    Get over it, there is only ever going to be small changes to a GUI, there isn't really anywhere else for it to go unless they can plug the computer into your brain and the GUI becomes controlled by your thoughts. I think you have unrealistic ideals on this point

    You could say the same for watches, cars, planes etc. things move on and usually forward. These sort of criticisms through lots of these postings say more about the posters being stuck in his/her comfort zone and getting older.

    I don;t think i've read a reasonable post saying why its a good or bad idea, just a load of opinions that aren't backed up.

    Can you post a rationale as to why not? I'm interested to find out why you think it should not be included. Until then it sort of sounds like "we didn;t need it in Linux 1.0, why do we need it now".
