I don't care which party it supports, slander isn't acceptable, and as you can see, reliance on questionable evidence calls the whole case into evidence, EVEN IF there's good reason to think that the case, absent the fabrication, was solid. For example, look at the OJ trial This isn't liberal vs. conservative or any such thing, this is a matter of justice--you don't hang someone on fabricated evidence, even if they are a villain.
