Oh yes, I want one for something like that. When someone starts complaining to me about something annoying, I will just point to robot which then will start playing on cue.
From the MST3k movie (since I am watching it right now):
Tom: "Ow, the ringing. Now we know how the world sounds to Paul Townshend"
Crow: "This is a job for Wenieeman", "To the Weineymobile, Weineyman away!"
Crow (Mailman on screen): "Sort this, deliver that. I make them all pay."
Crow: Increase the Flash Gordon noise and put more science stuff around.
