I use a SanDisk Cruzer Profile, which has 512MB, and requires a fingerprint authentication. In addition to providing security against losing the device, it allows me to authenticate to my domain and several websites, etc.. that I have configured.
Despite the obvious danger of losing the device, I have found very few drawbacks. The data can be synchronized to avoid data loss should I lose the device (or the authenticated finger), and it is much safer than losing my security badge or an RSA device...
