I tried the whole Vonage revolution, and it kicked my arse. Inbound sound quality was great, outgoing sound quality was atrocious. Vonage blamed my ISP, and my ISP blamed Vonage. Neither side was interested in working out the issue. To cancel the account, I had to call their phone number, where I waited in the queue for 43 minutes before talking to someone. Then, they charged me $39.99 to cancel the service that never worked correctly.
