Last night I went to see a movie I've been looking forward to all summer. And the cool part was, it was free! You see, the guy who takes the tickets at the theater is kind of old and it's easy to sneak by him. Geez, they're not even going to try to protect their rights! Anyway, it's not theft, because there were empty seats in the theater, so they weren't going to get any money even if I didn't go. And besides, everything Hollywood produces is crap.
It is not theft and I do not even consider it morally wrong. The local cinema used to do just that (well about 20 years ago anyway). A few minutes before the movie would start if there were a lot of free seats they would give tickets away.
It worked for them, they were nearly always full. In fact if the movies they showed were good then the people that went in for free often got friends to come to the next session and often times these friends payed for their tickets.
She clearly does not think it is wrong or she would of done something about it.
From the Article "I certainly participated in multiple planning and debate sessions about them." So she obviously had some say. Just because she left before they started the actual lawsuits doesn't mean that they were not her idea.
Also FTA "There were good arguments on both sides". What a stuck up hypocrite. What good arguments are there for going ahead and suing a dead lady who even when alive didnt own a computer?
Iraqi people: Unoppressed.
Yeah sure.... Unoppressed as measured how? There are many statistics that show that the Iraqi people live in a lot more fear now than they did under Saddam. Oh lets see now they only have to deal with terrorists blowing them up, revenge killings by American troops and a shitload of secular violence.
Finding small amounts of chemical weapons is not the same thing as finding weapons of mass destruction. Small amounts are not nearly as dangerous as people with bombs and guns. But then we don't say that most Americans have WMD's (i.e. have guns).
Why would he get rid of his WMD's? Why not use them? He clearly holds no love for western civilization.
I wonder if you've graduated High School. Seriously only an idiot uses phrases heavily laden with sarcasm and then adds NOT.
He has many good points but rather than refute them you see fit to personally attack him. I know many professionals who swear and your argument is rather silly. Then you have to use words like "expletives" to sound sophisticated. But mate you screwed it up with your first sentence, it utterly destroyed your credibility.
And if porting software is as easy as you say it is then why is the typical windows users response to the question "Why don't you use linux/BSD/unix/etc?", "Because it doesn't have any of my favorite applications".

I can't quite understand the legality of EULA's.
What is to stop someone from just using a tool like the customiser and changing the "I agree" box to read "I disagree"?
