And given that the 30 year olds are killed regardless of how worthwhile their life is, how does it make any sense to send uncontrollable children to the derelict sector and let them go feral instead of "renewing" them too ?
3. If you genuinely believe that outside of your dome lies certain death, why send your most highly trained citizens out there to capture runaways ?
