The only individual saying they use any video game in this way is a highly paid 'consultant' who makes his money testifying in 'Oh my! Little Johnny has been corrupted by Doom!' cases.

I have seen this guy, he is some former Army colonel and religious biblethumper. Funny thing is that nobody has talked to John Douglas (sp?). He is (was?) the lead profiler for the FBI, actually Starling's boss in Silence of the Lambs was based on him (not like he had a big part in the movie), plus I believe he was also a consultant for the movie. Anyways way back when Ted Bundy was alive Dr James Dobson, who is a big Family counselor type guy with a book and a website (www.fotf.org) was involved in the anti-pornography movement in the 80's around the time that Tipper was crusading against dirty music.

Anyways good ol' Ted Bundy called up Dr. Dobson and did a public interview claiming that it was smut that made him do the things he did. Anyways it ends up (according to John Douglas and others have backed him up on this) that Bundy was pulling Dobson's chain and having fun with him. One thing Bundy wasn't was an idiot. The murders he did had nothing to do with porn but a hatred of women in general after being tragically dumped by some girl in his past. Plus the woman he believed to be his sister was actually his mother and his parent's were actually his grandparents. It seems that these two incidents threw him over the edge. John Douglas' point was stuff like porn doesn't make somebody do this but will only reinforce the feelings that are there. I think this can also be associated with violence in the media. Instead of getting rid of the violent video games, dark music, etc, look at why the person has an attraction to it instead. Chances are you will find something in their past that can be attributed to it.

My .02 (and not worth much more than that)

Because the Internet is not all about the US anymore. Granted a huge chunk is US based but there is still a considerable amount that is outside the US's jurisdiction. Even if the Govt decided to censor US based webservers (which I really have a hard time believing), I doubt that they would start trying to pull access control like China is doing.

Better question is when are all the third party software manufacturers going to support Linux. I work for a law firm who has special needs and will probably never go over unless some of their apps work in Linux and VMware is not an alternative since why run an os in a window if you can just put the OS on the machine. Trust me I bet MS would prefer VMware succeeding rather than Wine.

    No.

Why not? All the certificate is, is a piece of paper. Experience means more. Now I am the (only)admin for a 50+ user law firm (gotta start small). When I came in we had 5 NT servers. Now we have 5 NT servers and one Linux server running Samba and if I can get away with it the next server won't be billware. The conversion continues.
