I have a Zen, it works, it's worked for 2 years ... The software is as good/as bad as apples ...(I've used a friends iTunes, didn't think much of it, don't think creatives is much better, but don't think it's worse) The Interface is as good/as bad as an iPOD The battery life is better than the iPOD The Zen was cheaper than the iPOD I'm staying with the Zen I picked the Zen orginally because it had good battery life and storage capacity and was cheaper than the Sony and Apple equivilent ...
