It is tempting to say that if there are sensors developed to mimic human sensory organs, then the human language looses its importance. This research seems going in the right direction if the process does not destroy the natural earthly resources.

IMHO:
0: Free and Mandatory education for all kids upto 10th grade
1: Free out of shackles of Caste system
2: Make Voluntareerism a fun so people volunteer
