Hi all. after reading the article concerning the Weizmann Institute, I contacted Adi shamir, Senior faculty member and developer of the TWINKLE theory. The following is his reply:

Hi, I never talked with the author, and as far as I am concerned there is absolutely no basis for the story. The only scientific paper I published on the theoretical design appeared at the CHES conference in August, and can be downloaded from www.jya.com/twinkle.eps

This story seems to mix details of QC (http://www.scramdisk.clara.net/pgpfaq.html#SubQ CDNA) & TWINKLE (http://www.scramdisk.clara.net/pgpfaq.html#SubT winkle) and come up with some bizarre story that is totally factually incorrect.
