This is Apple's entire business model. When you purchase anything at all from Apple it's designed to work only on other Apple products to ensure quality. It's your decision to purchase music from other sites that don't DRM (ex, http://www.emusic.com/) for other media players. If you buy music from Itunes, expect it to only play on your Ipod. I don't understand why people still fuss over this stuff. Now quit bitching like you didn't know about the DRM (and if you didn't, it's your own fault for not informing yourself). Be responsible for your own actions.
