it seems to vary. if i go to the article, hold down shift and keep clicking reload then i get a login screen about every 5th time or so. strange...

it is jscript on ie but javascript on netscape and most everything else. they should have just named it livescript anyway.
anyone interested should be able to watch the eclipse tonight on the internet at eclipse.visi.net because a local isp and museum are setting up a web cam.
