The UK government last month proposed a compulsory-to-own card, which need not be carried. Consultation papers should be released some time in the Spring or Summer. here is the Home Office Press Release.

The DPA specifically excludes creative works. Any camera owner can refuse to hand over footage of creative works.

Mark Thomas' journalism is purile schoolboy smart-arse childishness of the most pathetic kind. This link obviously points to a working Notes database. Do you manage any Domino servers? If so, would you keep them as is, move them off Domino, or move them to Domino on Linux?
