For instance, at my stepsons school this October they instituted a policy on Halloween that anyone in a Halloween costume would be sent to the principals office because "We don't "celebrate" Halloween here". No Joke... That actually happened at his school, and parents were called.

Worth mentioning that a lot of poor people are leaving. Lot's of people leaving. But it's kind of sucky to force people to move because they can't find a house. We should instead build enough houses for everyone.

This is an attitude in many Christian circles as well. We're talking 21st century Christians in Murica, the same people that condemned D&D and Harry Potter. Plenty of them in Europe as well though not so prominent.
