The whole Earth? or just the UK?
Well according to the article, it's only happening in the UK correct.

And before someone says it's warmer since 1998, no it's not. Thanks the El Nino of 1998 we saw a tremendous spike, and tempreatures are cooler today than then. -

I've already posted a link to a study showing, through direct measurement, that the US is a Carbon sink. i.e. for every pound of CO2 we emmit, we absorb a little bit more than a pound.
So nothing to worry about there right?
