Graphene == dead end :-(
The point it is that indeed its very hard to make graphene gates
In fact nobody have yet succeded making even simple integrated circuit out of them.
Link above explains huge challenges involved and practical impossibility of graphene integrated circuits. -
Idiots...
Instead of fixing this gaping security hole, they go after those people...

My friendly advice
This can really help you with this.
I also work for space industry now (I was partially responsible for guidance systems on recently launched Juno mission.).
The above site has invaluable information about how to get started in this industry. -

They are crazy?
How much ink will that cost to do such large scale operation?
For example to create this awesome work of art the creators paid around 12000$ for printer and around 7500$ for ink.
They are really going to be broke -
Insane costs?

Well, it depends
At least Apple didn't try to patent wireless data transfer.... Samsung has a patent (of course invalid) that covers pretty much all radio communications.... There is not good or bad, they all are bad, and lawyers win as usual....

The real question is...
Do they have to disclose this?

Breaking news!!!
Of course if they give the website their user-agent, that is going to happen. They (and slashdot) should try this system instead.

Wait?

Its all nice and stuff
Except that the author of original emulator is an asshole.
This is because he didn't release the source of it (its obscured javascript) and he nether licensed it under a free licence.
And author of this mod, who say that he obtained a permission to _host_ these obscured files just supports that bad guy.
Both should be ashamed of this. They didn't do a rocket science, nobody would want to buy this stuff. -
Bah, move along
This thing needs explicit user premission each time it sends data (with big warning label) and used for debug purposes.

Yet...
Vast majority of DRM schemes are broken, and I think it says something about security through obscurity....
Yet, though VideoGuard salletite/cable TV drm scheme remain unbroken for 8 years, despite the fact that is very popular and really sucks (you need their set-top-box to view it)
and its really frightening that one day they will create a scheme that can't be broken.... -
Verizon is worse, much worse...
They won't even warn you, but will just charge 125$ per every excess GB.
This poor blogger was asked to pay 1200$ by this devil company.
