    To the best of my knowledge, the DDOS attacks stopped in January. The people who are currently protesting are not using those methods.

    Former scientologists are finally starting to have the courage to speak out and need to be supported.

    In my home town alone, a former scientologist's apartment has been broken into & had file boxes stolen (left the TV, DVDs & laptop), slashed her car tires, cut the wires in her car (including the brake lights), ran her off the road, stalked her at the neighborhood swimming pool & tried to intimidate her there with her kids, have been trying to mentally fuck with her by turning off her circuit breakers for her apartment, have had vans & PIs staking out her home & following her.

    These are not nice people. They need to be exposed.

    xenu.net is a good source for a ton of info, but it's poorly laid out and, really, it's a bit of an information overload.

    I usually recommend http://www.exscientologykids.com/ and http://www.whyaretheydead.net/ for a look into the damage done by Scientology.

    Ooh, let's see...

    There's the fact they separate their adherents from their families and then extract money from them.

    There's the whole forced labour, separation from family and cruel punishment of children in their care thing (particularly look up Jenna Miscavige-Hill, neice of the current head of the CoS)

    Umm, there's the fact that people have died in their care whilst being locked up and denied medical care

    There's the fact that they have managed to get some state and national backing for their joke of a rehab scheme. Which, by the way, they claim is the most successful rehab scheme on the planet (without providing figures or evidence), whereas in fact its techniques basically involve a lot of the same psychological breakdown and cod science as scientology itself. This is sick, IMHO.

    There's a lot of other stuff.

    This is NOT about freedom of religion, or who believes what. This is about a dangerous organisation that have comitted felonies to try and wipe their record from government agencies and generally display a lack of respect for laws and lives, and yet is still in many coutries treated as a tax-exempt, legitimate religion.

    Believe what the fuck you like, but you can't support the continued existance of the church of scientology.

    What's your definition of a religion?

    An organization that attempts to helps its congregation.

    Scientology really hurts its 'congregation', in life-destroying and family destroying ways. Ranging from broken families to bankruptcies to suicide. Don't believe me? A little research in this could go a very, long, long way.

    With the attention that anonymous has been giving the subject, it seems that Ex Scientologists have suddenly had the bravery to speak out their feelings of anger, fear, and betrayal. Anon is all about the LULZ, but Scientology is no laughing matter.

    I don't give a fuck if you believe in Xenu or Jesus or the Flying Spaghetti Monster, but the Church Scientology lies to and steals from it's 'believers', and does horrible psychological damages to people and their familes. No mainstream religion is remotely as corrupt and sadistic.

    ANY of those girls could make a perfect agent for the CoS. Maybe just one....... or two....... or all three of them!

    Interestingly, they claim that Freezone Survivors Association may be a CoS operation.

    It's a "This Statement Is False" kind of problem. You don't know who to trust.

    Three girls who are ex-scientology kids have come forward and started a website about the issues with Scientology. (Not bad looking either). One is Jenna Miscavige Hill (niece of David Miscavige, the current head of Scientology). Another is Kendra Wiseman, who is the daughter of the current head of CCHR (Scilon front group).
