ATF can't inventory guns dealership, which means they can sell to terrorist and never take it off the books.

ATF has no permeant leadership, so there is no one to create a long term plan to both protect our right to own guns and protect our right to be protected from those who like to kill people.

ATF can't share records, must destroy 20 days so when a criminal or terrorist tries to buy guns, they can try again and there is no record of the repeat offense. We have no idea who is trying to game the system.

On straw purchases only buyer is liable and the standard for conviction is high enough so that people seldom get convicted. Again, if purchase records were kept, then we might know about these staw purchasers. If we had universal background checks, which many people think we do, and the NRA strongly implies we do when they say "apply current laws", then much of this would go away.

You are a typical example of this misdirection. Blame the justice department for not enforcing the laws. Choose a atypical example to show that gun regulation does not work. Hope enough dumb people believe you and aren't smart enough to check the facts. This is exactly what Romney said the liberals did.

Considering the statistics, one could make a better case for doing away with baseball bats than guns.

Check out the maternity wards in places like California, which are flooded with mostly obese, illiterate, illegal mexican immigrants who are having anchor babies and then go on to have 3-4 more kids, usually completely at the expense of the state. Because of the loopholes in the 14th Amendment, pregnant women are encouraged to come across the border illegally where they will be guaranteed to receive medical care.

Everything is justified in the global war on TERRA....
When the President can call the Constitution "just a goddamned piece of paper" this kind of stuff should not surprise anyone. Its a brave new world full of chickenshit people.

I do suggest you seek legal counsel. Your management may have made you an accomplice to a felony. At the same time, if you report this crime and it doesn't get picked up for investigation(and most reports don't), you would most likely loose this job--so I'd consider your options here very carefully. The above is not legal advice-but I suggestion that you get such advice.

I would look for an attorney with experience handling high level whistle blowing cases and lawsuits associated with such cases. You may have grounds for a lawsuit against your employers management since it appears plausible that your employer is making clear that commission of a felony will play an important role in your future at that company.
