It's already the case:

Re: Idiotic
Last year 82 prisoners in UK prisons killed themselves, more than twice the 35 people who were executed in the US (with a vastly larger prison population).
Suicides: for England and Wales it's 82 (0.10%), for the USA it's 520, about 0.02%.
and 0 vs 35 executions.

Re:Birds
Some strikes hit the engines which, at the very least, cause the plane to be pulled from service and inspected. Sometimes they wipe out both engines. Oops. A bigger concern for me, as someone who spends a lot of time in little planes, is said Phantom womping into the leading edge of a Cessna or Beaver - planes that aren't constructed a whole lot heavier than the drone. That could ruin your day.
Most drones weigh less than 5kg. They probably wouldn't even dent your leading edge. It would be like a kite strike, I suspect. The shipping weight of a phantom drone is 6.6lbs (3kg)
Also, it would be pretty easy to avoid. I've encountered BIG birds on final, and been able to get around them with ease. Now, birds are pretty predictable (they always dive). However, I've never had a bird strike in 2000 hours of flying cessnas.
Kites are illegal near controlled airports. I could see making it illegal to fly drones there too. I don't think making it necessary to get a pilot's license (like the FAA is planning on doing) makes sense.

Re:It was an almost impossible case to prosecute
There were no alleys, blind or otherwise, in the development where Martin was shot.
http://www.hlntv.com/interacti... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A...
Is the picture in the first link accurate? If so, how is the #7 not at the top of an alley? "An alley or alleyway is a narrow lane, path, or passage way, often for pedestrians only, which usually runs between, behind, or within buildings in the older parts of towns and cities."
It appears quite clear to me that Zimmerman cornered Martin in an alley, pacing across the main opening of it to the rest of the complex, and blocking Martin in.Zimmerman never claimed that he was lost.
Really? You don't know the area, don't know the definition of an alley, and stick to unsubstantiated lies? Read the words under the first link. "Zimmerman said that’s when he thought to get out of his truck and look for a street sign, because he was still on the phone with non-emergency dispatch and wanted to give the dispatcher more information." Zimmerman was lost, in that he didn't know the name of the street he was on, so he walked to a different street to look for a street sign.
His account makes sense, only if you think that going to a different street to see what street you were on before was makes sense. The preponderance of the evidence presented in the Zimmerman case indicate that, although he initially followed Martin on foot, by the time the shooting had occurred he was retreating to his vehicle.
No. That's not what happened. The trial was criminal. There was no civil suit. As such "preponderance of the evidence" was never the legal standard.
You are wrong on all points, yet so certain in your wrongness that you correct others when a simple Google search proves me 100% right.
Such immense bias is why race riots happen. -

If it's all lies, why do all the published facts prove you wrong and me right? THe path down the back of the two rows of houses is an "alley" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A...
What part of that map or definition of alley don't you like? -

Re:Why so hung up on a race?
Zimmerman's case if facing the grand jury. April 10th:
http://www.hlntv.com/article/2012/04/04/when-will-we-find-out-if-zimmerman-going-be-charged
Your buddy already faced a grand jury:
"Robert F. Horan Jr., who retired as Fairfax commonwealth's attorney last year, took the unusual step of presenting the case to a county grand jury for possible indictment. After hearing testimony from police homicide detective Chester Toney, the grand jury declined to charge Gotwalt."
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/07/30/AR2008073001039.htmlI don't know that the right decision was made or will be made in the Zimmerman case.
Oh - I should point out - "arrested" means jack shit in this instance. Zimmerman was detained and questioned (declining his right to remain silent). Arrest is fucking irrelevant and I can only assume the people calling for it are mentally deficient. Charged, indicted, convicted. These things mean something. "Arrested" is bullshit.
Also, given that this friend of yours had a grand jury view the evidence, I think you are misleading in this comment: "The shooter claimed self defense was not charged." Grand juries evaluate charges so I'm not sure in what sense you are abusing the language:
