LEDtronics
They make plenty of lamps for existing sockets of almost every type, and they come in 12/14VDC and 120VAC in a variety of color temperatures.
They have many categories of direct retrofit for things like stoplights, streetlights, automotive, and just about every place you'd find an incandescent bulb of any type. All of their products have detailed industrial specifications.
They even have an incandescent to LED cross reference that will take any incandescent Bulb Number (or base, bulb type, or voltage) and list compatible LED offerings.

Not only not the first...
...but not the most flexible, or widest variety.
LEDtronics has had LED bulbs and retrofits for just about every kind of application, voltage, and base around. They've got floods, conventional bulbs, automotive and truck retrofits, signage, in just about every color and brightness imaginable. They've even got an incandescent cross reference guide, which lets you use the Incandescent Bulb Number, type, base, or voltage to search for LED replacements. And, they've got a much wider selection of LED floods, and replacements for just about every kind of household bulb out there.
Yes, they're more expensive, and the nature of LED light means it needs to have some fancy design and optics to make it sensible for conventional lighting use, but it uses much less power than even compact fluorescent, and is potentially even more durable and reliable. -

What about just heading to http://www.led.net/ and just buying LED bulbs?
...or is that too easy? -
LED retrofits
A while ago I stumbled across LEDtronics...they have a wide variety of LED products, but what makes them really interesting is that they have retrofits for just about every kind of incandescent bulb out there, with ordinary threaded bases that operate on anything from 12VDC to 240VAC, and bulbs for automotive applications. They also have a cross reference that converts incandescent bulb number, bulb type, or bulb base to an LED product.
