In todays worldsurfing the web is one way to be up to day with the world. It is important to recognize that the brain actually needs to have a few relaxing moments every day, and the reading of news is one way to actually let the brain relax some pathways so that you can come back to your actual task a little sharper.
It all comes down to the type of work you do, and the human brain and body isn't made for monotonous work, it needs variation or you will go nuts or get problems with overstressed elbows or whatever.
So go get the cup of coffee , tea with a piece of good chocolate now! (I prefer the Ecuador 70%, which has a faint touch of orange to it's taste.)

Re:Kraft owns Milka?Excellent alternative chocolates, by country:
Switzerland
Frey, http://www.chocolatfrey.ch/
Lindt & Sprüngli, http://www.lindt.com/
Austria
Zotter Schokoladen Manufaktur, http://www.zotter.at/
France
Valrhona, http://www.valrhona.com/
And when I tried Cadbury's from the U.K. just a few decades ago, it did not taste that bad, either

Very good what?
As an avid consumer of fine chocolate, I feel compelled to join the chorus: Milka doesn't make any "very good" chocolate that I know of, even if you only look at supermarket-variety chocolate. Lindt, for one, is much better; Valrhona is light years ahead, and I could talk for hours about the fine handcrafted chocolates you can find in many small shops here in Italy.
After this coup, Milka the chocolate is forever out of my shopping list (as if it wasn't already), along with everything else from Kraft.

Re:Kraft makes good chocolate? Doubtful.
Kraft Deutschland owns the Milka brand, which is one of the finest varieties of chocolate in Germany.
Honestly, I disagree with he "finest" part. Rather, Leysieffer or Lindt come to mind if quality is what I am prompted with (also, compare the style of these sites with "milka" and draw your own conclusions about the targets).
Hard to believe that the most sold product in the segment/category is upmarket anyway.

Comfy Pajamas and ChocolateMy girlfriend and I have been dating for almost three years. My favorite gift (from her) is comfy pajamas. I would never buy such a thing for myself, and besides my girlfriend has much better taste in such things. You don't even need to go somewhere fancy: just go to Sears, Walmart, etc and feel every pair of men's pajamas until you find the right one.
My second suggestion is chocolate. Everyone likes chocolate! I would not suggest one of those heart shaped boxes. Those chocolates tend to have too much sugar and not enough chocolate. I suggest El Rey, Lindt, or German Deli.com. Perhaps someone can suggest another good chocolate? If your boyfriend doesn't like chocolate, I think you should seriously consider dumping him.
:)
If you enjoy wine, I would suggest getting wine to go with the chocolate. If you don't know how to match a chocolate to a wine, I suggest consulting the owner/operator of your local wine store. Many geeks (and other men) get very nervous about Valentine's Day. Try not to make a big deal of the day. Tell him very generally what you plan to get him, so he know better what to get for you. It sounds like your relationship is still young, so he may not know how you feel about Valentine's Day. For example, if you spend your $100 and he buys a cheap heart shaped box of chocolates, he will not feel very good about this Valentine's Day. Tell him how you feel about him. Tell him that you enjoy spending time with him. Good luck!

I must get some of that!I thought Hershey produced those cocoa flavoured sugar candy bars that make such a good alternative to Kendal Mint Cake when I'm over there. The news that they also make chocolate is most welcome, I must try to find some next time I'm somewhere I can spend dollars.
You'll be telling me next that Cadbury have started producing chocolate!
