Your post seems to be built on the assumption that Google is of benefit only to the people of China, and is harmful to the government, that is, that the withdraw of Google does not harm the government. However, as dfim points out, Google so far has been basically playing by the governments rules. I'm no expert and maybe I'm wrong; maybe google has been using its clout to change chinese policy, and push the envelope on what is permissible.
On the other hand I do think google has been a boon for the government, at least indirectly, E.g. "More than three-quarters of scientists in China . . . say their work would be significantly hampered if they were to lose [Google]." I suspect the government would be aware of the loss of such a useful tool to its people, economy, and research.
But even if Google's withdraw does no harm to the government, at least it could precipitate a change in attitude. Perhaps other big companies will follow suit. The overall change in public awareness is a huge blow to the Chinese government, even if the material loss of Google's services is not.

I think the Intelligence Quota is an anthropocentric way to pin any amount of intellect. Yea, I took symbolic logic too. In your example you've proven that the conditions you believe represent Z did not produce Y. So either you didn't really produce condition Z (even though you thought you did), or your assumptions are wrong. But none of that matters, nor does it matter that some people cling to a supernatural explanation of what they observe in the real world.

What's more important is whether transferring hundreds of billions of dollars from developed countries to less developed countries is a better idea than using that money to minimize further change or adjust to the change as it happens. The AWG alarmists need to distance themselves from the one world government crowd.

After all, why help the cops do their job trying to track down the person who murdered your son/daughter/husband/wife/whatever when it is so much easier to just go out, get a gun from the guy on the corner and shoot the person.

As far as the baby shot in a drive-by, there is no need for you to be an eyewitness.
