Z2760 only supports DirectX 9
Those "old" links are dated Nov 2012. If you have something more recent suggest you offer it, because you don't give any links at all. I can't see a single reference anywhere on the web that GMA 3650 supports anything other than DirectX 9. The links referred to the N2600. You made up the N450 stuff. Even Intel's own web site says it only supports DirectX 9. http://ark.intel.com/products/36331/Intel-Atom-Processor-N270-512K-Cache-1_60-GHz-533-MHz-FSB#infosectiongraphicsspecifications.
Here's a review of a Z2670 tablet which you claim runs DirectX. "One of the limitations of the W510's Intel Graphics Media Accelerator GPU is that it's not DirectX 11 compatible, so our standard 3DMark11 benchmark wouldn't run. You can forget about playing "World of Warcraft," too. Even when effects were set to low, the W510 averaged just 12 fps, and even hung up during our test flights." 'Quite Fast' my ass. http://www.laptopmag.com/acer-iconia-w510.aspx Posted Dec 28.
The spec sheets for Z2760 tablets I googled either says DirectX 9. http://www.tipidpc.com/viewtopic.php?tid=279073 http://www.pinoytechblog.com/archives/acer-iconia-w510-the-windows-8-tablet-netbook-hybrid
Or in the case of Dell doesn't give the version at all.http://www.dell.com/uk/enterprise/p/latitude-10-tablet/fs
No wonder you're posting as AC. Google Moar. -
But what if your blogger souce is a RMTer?
Tis a pitty really that people are citing Ahmed as a reliable source when he is actually a partner in lewt DOT com (link broken deliberatly), one of the biggest spam happy RMT sites out there. I post on allakhazam and we regualrily see spam posts from them, shortly before the administrators remove them from the site. If we're seeing them, i'm guessing there are alot of them http://img479.imageshack.us/my.php?image=ammohn9.
j pg I posted on his blog, but Mr. Ahmed doesn't want you to see the truth. He didn't even bother trying to refute it, he just nuked the post entirely. Unfortunatly for him as you see above, I took screenshots. Including screenhots of my second repy. http://img352.imageshack.us/my.php?image=ammo2fu1. jpg The dirty little truth here is that Ahmed is trying to slander a perfectly good and decent website to draw attention away from his own RMTer sins. Ahmed is a partner with his friend Andre Marcelo-Tanner in the incredably annoying lewt empire. See him here defending RMT: http://www.pinoytechblog.com/archives/world-of-war craft-farming-in-cebu Check out the Whois data for Lewt and And whats this? domain data for a gil selling guide? http://www.aboutus.org/FinalFantasyXiGil.org This couldn't be the same person who also owns MMO Guru could it? the same MMO Guru that Mr. Ahmed is deeply involved with? The hypocrisy of his attack is truly absurd. Say what you will about Allakhazam and crew, they have never had Gold/gil/plat ads on the site, and they did get rid of IGE. Ahmed on the other hand has been outed as a dirty rotten RMTer. But don't take my word for it, check it out for yourself... -
Re:IE 7 and 6 live peacefully together?
Just install IE 7 as a standalone version using the iexplore.exe.local hack. Viola, IE6 and IE7 are both available.

BPO.
In these parts, it's business process outsourcing. More than anything, that's what affects our economy.
So if it helps people search for jobs, that's a win. -
WiMAX and remote areas
If Intel is testing WiMAX in remote Southeast Asian locations, it should be good for broadband in America.

Palm's free choice of OS
Even if "PalmSource sale won't kill Palm OS", that OS now has competition as Palm has a free choice. Maybe they couldn't wait for PalmSource/Access to finish its Linux-based project?
That Linux offering needs to be compelling since the low end of the market is coming out with more Linux-based devices, like the GP2x. -
More to come
MMOGs here in the Philippines are almost all Koreans due to the licensing model where the LAN/Internet shop owners need to pay for the access. Players pay for their own access. Still, it's money going out of the country. There's hope that emerging local companies would come up with MMOGs for the local market.

depends on where you are
It's a lot of money here in the Philippines.
Funny they get back to us, the local developers, when their president declared there's no talent here and wanted to move on to India and Vietnam for his requirements. -
Re:Present the running solution at SpecOpS Labs of
They're looking for locals. Which contradicts their earlier statement that they could not find talent here. (I'm in Manila)

A real time "Google Answers"
Exciting. Too bad for me, we don't have PayPal here (Philippines).
Another possibility for commerce is negotiating on the phone then making the payment directly through Skype. -
SMS Integration
I couldn't find info on how OpenWengo does it, but SMS integration should be technically easy under Google Talk

And on the low end...
... they have the new 64-bit Sempron budget processor.
-
And the budget line as well
Not just the cheaper Athlon64s, but low cost 64-bit computing with the new AMD64 Semprons on Socket 754.
