    Still - done in Pascal (fastest string processor there is) WOULD BE FASTER + STILL EVEN MORE EFFICIENT (no GUI resource + messagepass overheads). Using Turbo Pascal 4.5 I could whip it up in MINUTES probably but no point (afaik, trumpet winsock was for WINDOWS 3.x, not DOS - correct me IF I am off/wrong here though - haven't used DOS itself, not emulation layers in modern OS like NT based ones, since 1992 really)
