Re:LOL
LOL We are not still spreading around that "only 6 iphones bent" lie are we?
For every apple hater that is sticking up for the facts there is one blind apple worshiper willing to remain ignorant or outright lie for apple. The whole "hater" think make you sound like a mindless izombie.

Re:More important quote from Krebs
Use cases are abstract. It's all theory. Who accepts cryptocurrency?
Banks already use it for interbank transactions, here is a new crypto backed by a government to transact units of energy, and this is another specifically for Internet of Things which is supported by Cisco, Bosch, and Foxconn.
This is real, right now today and isn't going awayThe way things are going, who even understands it? Who even bothers?
Just like cars in 1900's, or TVs in 1940,'s or the internet in 1990's you mean?
That argument never works out well with new innovative technology. In this theoretical world, how do I use the cryptocurrency? What's the economics?
.Eventually most people won't have to understand it, just like they don't understand how PCI-DSS compliance works for the credit card they use everyday now.
Right now there is a technological barrier to entry, just like the Internet in 1990 was hard. But the people who build and support the technology, and the applications that let regular people benefit from the technology will profit from it, just like every other major technology breakthrough in history. -
Re:Puhleez
Intel disagrees.
With the PC market crashing, Intel says $200 Android laptops are on the way
PC chip giant Intel has revealed it is working with hardware partners on laptops, using the company's Atom processors and running Android, that could cost as little as $200.
Sounds like the second coming of the netbook to me...

Re:Whats the alternative?
all they need to do then is bring back the Start button & menu.
It'll be too late. Enterprise is already looking for ways to get away from the sinking hulk.
Over in Australia, Woolworths, one of the largest supermarket chains, has just migrated over to Google.

Re:What happened to the good old days?
If he sold off his shares, then I might believe you were anything but a piss-poor Troll. But he hasn't.
Funny you should mention that.
I'd say that Billy has been selling off Microsoft shares as fast as he possibly can without people noticing too much.
So whoever modded this +1, kindly go unfuck yourself before attempting further moderation.
Ah yes. I think we know why you don't have mod points.

Re:!news
Apple have rejected low quality apps for almost two years.
And they openly admit to rejecting buggy apps:
Most rejections are based on bugs found in the applications. When there is an issue, we try to provide the developer with helpful feedback so they can modify the application in order for us to approve it. 95% of applications are approved within 14 days of their submission.

Re:The Quick-Fixer
Kinda like this:
http://www.smartcompany.com.au/islands-of-profit/20101221-the-myth-of-the-operations-hero.htmlI was involved in a little tussle between those two personalities in the lead up to Christmas. We needed results fast and with no budget, but then the quick-fixer went on vacation for Christmas and the Perfectionist took over. Now we're a month behind

Wow. Four stories about how Apple didn't sell as many iPads as some analysts (not Apple) predicted!
2 million, 2 months. Fastest ever to $1 billion. But some analysts were off by a week or so (in light of a supply shortage, no less), oh no!

Three identical articles! And two opinions that match yours! Oh my, Apple is doomed!
2 million, 2 months, fastest to $1 billion, top selling tablet, etc., etc. You can quote all the bullshit articles you want, but you can't negate the simple fact that the iPad is off to a stellar start. You can't take the position that with a start like this, the iPad is going to fall flat and expect to be taken seriously. If it is going fail, there are no signs of it. In fact, all signs point to the opposite conclusion.
I'll repeat that: there are no signs at all that the iPad will fail. Just because you don't like it, that doesn't mean...
Fuck, I just realized, nobody can be that stupid. I've been trolled. I need to learn to pay better attention next time.

Re:Sauce for the goose.
And as I found out the other day this is not the first time recently that Microsoft has been caught out and lost. It seems from what these guys were claiming that this is just standard Microsoft business practice. Watching an interview with one of the Uniloc guys he basically said when you try to sell a technology to Microsoft, they try to force you to sign a waiver for your IP rights before they even look at it. I wonder how many small businessmen have been screwed over by this?
