Do we need a link to everything that caught the posters eye ?

Something's starting to annoy me. When you submit an article and link to a page on another site, you don't have to put the name of the site in a hyperlink. Nearly every person here knows how to get to the main page for the site if they want to, and usually the main page isn't directly relevant to the story.

Sometimes it seems like people link for every word in the article and it's hard to figure out which link is the one with the story.

I would beg to differ on this one.

Maybe somebody needs to start a defamation search engine, which links defamation to defenses against same, and lets people compare to see which is more plausible.

My NCP programs are purely experimental - you'd be much better looking at Philip Proudman's work, at Philip Proudman's site, or, if you have a Series 5, Fritz Elfert's work.

Fritz' code doesn't allow transfers to/from a Series 3, yet. It takes the NCP/RFSV protocols and interfaces them to NFS, so you don't need p2nfs running on the Psion.
