Move to Canada!
Canada, despite having a population of only 30 million, has the second most athletes competing, and by far the best coverage of any developed nation.
If you're Usian or from the UK i'd recommend getting an unblock subscription and setting your country to Canada. -

Re:Unblock Us
I've been using http://unblock-us.com/ for a few months (not affiliated in any way), and I like their approach. You change the DNS servers in your router, and it directs the traffic for you. That way, you can use Netflix et.al from devices that don't support VPN clients (like your smart TV/XBOX/AppleTV etc).
Yep, i use it too and the service works really well! just change your DNS servers and voila!

I use worldwide roaming
I understand that there are copyright laws involved which make distribution country specific. But seriously, this is the 21st century, get your laws in order. Something designed to work in the 19th century just no longer cuts it.

If I remember correctly, you have to use their DNSs, they will route you to their proxy servers when you query netflix or any other.+1 For this. US$4.99 a month, works well with Netflix, Pandora etc and due to being DNS/Proxy based it just works for everything in your house.
