What Happened To The Small Form Terrabyte HDs?

Bahumat asks: "I remember hearing about a year back about credit-card size solid-state hard drives that were to revolutionize the storage industry, with the capacity for 2300 gigabytes stored, and the cost of manufacture to be less than $50.
