Conferences For Unix Admins?

Highlander asks: "As a member of my company's IT Team I have the opportunity to petition to go to conferences in North America and be sponsored by my employer. Those OTHER admins have their Tech Net's and their Microsoft Expo's; but what does a lonely Solaris/Linux admin have to choose from? If you had to find a conference to attend on someone else's buck, which one would you choose?"
