Integrating PHP & Dreamweaver?

I have been playing around with the Venezuelan version of Slashcode, namely PHP-Nuke. As it is PHP-based rather than Perl-based, it cannot support frames within my Dreamweaver-built site. I would like to merge the two so as to extend the capability of the site to containing streaming audio and video, etc. Has anyone wrapped PHP (particularly Nuke - or even Slashcode) with a Dreamweaver constructed multi-media site?"
